    The D-A-CH Kongress for the financial community in Munich, is a conference for financial information and a central event for the construction and use of business contacts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is aimed at senior executives from the financial services industry and offers them the opportunity to learn about products and solutions from a variety of specialized suppliers in one place. The event includes an exhibition and a conference to inform the visitor, both on current products, technologies and solutions, as well as participate in an exciting conference program.

    Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) started a Proof of Concept (PoC) testing for limited public distribution of margin transaction and short selling data. This PoC provides samples of TSE internal margin transaction and short selling data. The aim is to use the feedback from participants to verify the usability and possible applications of the data.

    It is estimated $200 trillion of financial contracts and securities are tied to USD London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). LIBOR is expected to be discontinued after 2021 when its UK regulator will no longer compel banks to submit rates needed to publish the benchmark. Asian markets are looking at various IBOR and OIS rates to replace the LIBOR benchmark. The New York Fed’s Alternative Reference Rates Committee (ARRC) continues to lead the transition from LIBOR to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR).
