As a business, we are continually improving our data offer for our clients in line with Market activity. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the re-launch of our End Of Day Light End Oil Product.

This new data file “Tradition_Lights_YYYY_MM_DD” will be delivered to all clients currently receiving our End of Day Light End Oil Product. Delivery of the new data file will begin on 21/08/2023.

Both files (New and Old) will be delivered to each eligible customer until 30th October 2023. At this point, “Tradition_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” and “Naptha_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” will be decommissioned and only the “Tradition_Lights_YYYY_MM_DD” file will be delivered.
The new File will have the same content of the two decommissioned files plus added instruments and a naming convention change for selected instruments that needed a description change

If you require access to either “Tradition_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” or “Naptha_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” post 30th October 2023, please reach out to your sales representative to discuss your individual requirements.
There will be no changes to our Real Time service.

What happens next?

The file “Tradition_Lights_YYYY_MM_DD” will follow the same format as Tradition_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD but with the following differences;

Additional considerations

If you are using a third party platform to consume the Tradition Light End Package, please liaise directly with your data provider to clarify when changes will come into effect on their platform.

The only files affected are “Tradition_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” and “Naptha_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD” files. No other products will be affected by this change.
(File “Tradition_Lightends_YYYY_MM_DD_HH_MM_SS” is NOT affected it will still be delivered after the cut off date)
