Shane Dillon has been promoted to Global Head of Account Management, a role that reflects the strategic importance of client relationships to TraditionData’s business. Based in London, Shane has been instrumental in developing TraditionData’s Account Management function, building trusted partnerships with clients across regions, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service experience. In his new position, Shane will lead and expand the global account management team to deepen client engagement and deliver ongoing value.
Shane commented: “As we continue to scale our presence globally, our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences remains at the heart of our service offering. Account Management plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need, when they need it, wherever they are in the world. By building a global team with account managers in local markets, we aim to provide a seamless, responsive service and provide long-term strategic value to our clients.”
To support this global strategy, we are delighted to welcome Mike Suppa as a new addition to our Account Management team, based in New York. Mike brings a wealth of experience in the market data industry, with a strong background in establishing and managing client relationships at all levels. His knowledge base in a range of OTC and Fixed Income markets, combined with his understanding of our expanding US client footprint, makes him a valuable addition to the team.
In line with our ambitious growth plans, we have also welcomed two new Business Development Associates to the team: Sam Tuckwell in London and Jason Chou in Hong Kong. Both will work closely with the sales, account management, and marketing teams to drive lead generation and business development activities.
Richard Brunt, Chief Revenue Officer at TraditionData, commented: “Shane’s promotion and these other appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and aligning with our clients’ evolving needs. As we expand across regions, we’re focused on strengthening the depth and quality of support we provide to our many customers and partners.”
