We are pleased to announce the appointment of Susana D’Elia Lago as the new Team Lead of Market Data Customer Support and Chris Leonard as Head of Data Quality. These additions to the Operations Team reflect TraditionData’s commitment to delivering the highest levels of service to our clients and improving data quality.

Susana brings extensive experience in building and transforming customer support teams across various industries. Prior to joining TraditionData, she served as Director of Technical Service Support at Elisa Videra, where she successfully transitioned local help desks to global operations, implementing process improvements that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In her new role, Susana will focus on strengthening the Customer Support team, introducing automation to ensure the best support to clients.

Chris Leonard, who has been with Tradition for 10 years, has a wealth of experience across multiple desks and business areas. He began his career as a broker on the Sterling desk, responsible for pricing GBP Basis, and has spent the last three years in the Analytics team, overseeing data-producing applications across the Rates and FX business. In his new role, Chris will collaborate with the Analytics team to enhance data quality across various asset classes, including Energy & Commodities, and Fixed Income.
