John brings over 20 years of experience in FX derivatives product management, covering both linear derivatives and options. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of FX product innovation, launching an FX options e-commerce platform in the early 2000s, developing FX options liquidity workflow solutions, and more recently, driving innovation in FX forwards, NDFs, and Rates analytics platforms.
John has deep expertise in curve and volatility surface construction, liquidity aggregation, price distribution, and risk management. He was also part of the cross-functional team that developed enhanced analytics for FX volatility surface construction. He spent three years in Tokyo, defining and implementing customised product strategies for the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
This appointment comes at a pivotal time for TraditionData as we continue to enhance our FX product offering. With heightened volatility across FX markets, access to accurate, high-quality data for market participants is more important than ever.
